As an aside, assuming I'm back to do these again come Season 44, I think I'm going to get rid of the "partial win" thing for Plinko. It's not working out as I'd hoped it would. It won't affect this or any future playings this season, mind you.

Moving right along from this disappointment...

  1. I'm telling you, "Switch?" has nine wins, not ten! If you look at the summaries page, it proves it too.

    1. The tpirsummaries site is based on production order, when it comes to winning or losing streaks. I, on the other hand, go by the order in which the episodes are actually broadcast on CBS. If there's any discrepancy in streaks between their numbers and mine, chalk it up to that.

It's just a difference in how we judge these things. One way isn't necessarily better or worse than the other, and both are pretty much equally legitimate ways of looking at a streak. You'll note that tpirsummaries does have an asterisk on their "Won 9" for Switch?: "A subsequent win or loss was from an episode that aired out of order." Since they go by production order, they have to make a note of that. On the other hand, since I go by airing order, I can "play it as it lays." It's up to you to determine which philosophy is the "correct" one.
